"The best appetizer recipe I have ever found and the one that gets the most compliments, just happens to be the easiest recipe ever!"
Combine equal amounts of:
  • Freshly grated Parmesan Cheese
  • Chopped Artichoke hearts (water packed)
  • Mayonnaise
 
Put in an oven proof container and bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until bubbly and slightly browned.  Serve hot with crusty bread or sturdy crackers.
 
You can make enough for 2 or 50!
